The municipality Hoorn contracted Starsound Productions to make a short film about the new Building for Work and Income in Hoorn.

 

This building is the new headquarters/office for the Work and Income Department (previously Social Affairs), the CWI and the UWV. Hoorn succeeded  in centralising the various partners in one building, thereby facilitating and improving service to the public.
