The most important thing for us to know is the purpose of the digital film. Will it need to fit on a Blu-Ray, DVD, USB stick, CD-ROM, a web page?
If the film is going to be put on the internet, ask the webmaster for the following specifications:
What format? (e.g. Quicktime, WMV, Flash, AVI)
What resolution? (e.g. 720x576 pixels, can also be smaller)
What bandwidth? (e.g. 600kb per second)

Are there any eventual audio requirements/specifications? If not, we will use 128kb stereo, for heavily compressed formats, PCM for less compression formats.
